An introduction to Jane
My vision is to use organisational development to innovate and involve individuals in transforming their personal practice and ultimately improve patient care. I am passionate about creating a coaching culture in organisations and thereby achieving improved performance for the benefit of patients/service users and carers.
I have a wide NHS experience across all health sectors over 25 years and I have extensive experience of employee relations and management of change and conflict. I was the HR director at the Leeds Partnership Foundation NHS Trust until November 2007. The Trust had 2,500 staff operating over 60 sites. Prior to this appointment I was deputy Director of Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals, which had 6,500 employees.
I have won three National awards for best Human Resource Management practice. I am now sharing my experience through my own Human Resources Consultancy – Jane Burtoft Ltd.
